Our business has been expanding rapidly over the last 5 years and we have a highly talented global team of over 150 people around the world.  In order to meet the changing needs of our business, we have created an exciting new role of Global Brand Story Specialist.

If storytelling is your gift, then this will be the role for you!  We are looking for a bright, articulate marketer who understands the value of telling stories to win new business.  The role will be focused on working across our business to understand our amazing customer journeys and to articulate in a compelling way.


  • Work with global Sales and Production teams to capture details of client success stories
  • Create, manage and maintain customer stories
  • Assist to capture and articulate pain points and celebrate resolutions
  • Measure impacts of customer stories upon sales results
  • Capture ongoing requirements from Sales teams of features for customer stories that will assist them to support sales for future clients
  • May require some international travel to engage with teams in market. We have 12 offices in 10 countries. 


  • Formal Marketing qualification and experience
  • Understand the story brand approach to marketing
  • Tech savvy
  • Experience with CMS and content platforms
  • Excellent written English skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude
